The approx. 110 m² bright apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 people is on the first floor of a small new residential complex with only five residential units. It has a spacious terrace and an elevator. It is about 500 meters to Lake Constance and Lochau train station. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is in the middle between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain). The apartment is tiled in all rooms. The open living-dining room has a fully equipped kitchen incl. Miele household appliances such as cooker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each have a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and in the children's room there is a single bed (80 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (160 x 190 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with cupboards. A travel cot for babies can be added at any time. The bathroom has a bathtub, a rain shower, two sinks, a toilet and a washer and dryer that can be used free of charge. The large sliding door in the living area enables direct access to the terrace and gives the living and dining room a particularly bright atmosphere. From the parking lot you can reach the side main entrance by stairs or by means of a small slope. There is an elevator in the house. The apartment has a garage that can be used at no extra cost. If you arrive with two cars, one car can be parked in the garage and the other in front of the garage. A large television is in the living area. The Sonos system allows music to be heard in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with a bus system and data sockets are available in all rooms.
