Abbeyville is fully modernised and tastefully decorated to a very high standard as a self catering accommodation ensuring that you have a relaxing holiday. It has a large living area which opens into the dining room with large flat screen tv, with satellite and DVD player. The villa also features an upstairs balcony as well as one below for good views, lounging, relaxation and reception. We look forward to welcoming you to Abbeyville in a beautiful part of Adenta. We pride ourselves in providing comfort and value for money for our guests. Our customer service is second to none. Our guests enjoy a one to one service from the house keeper who is always available when needed, a very serviceable, friendly and he is always willing to help. There are no extra charges for cleaning and we maintain a very high cleaning standards. Guests are allowed 50Kilowatts of electricity per day to use. When guests exceed this usage their usage will be calculated which must be paid before checkout. Wifi Guests have access to the fully equipped kitchen and offers all that you may need for cooking i.e microwave, washing machine, cooker with oven, coffee machine, blenders quality cooking utensils. Guests have access to 24 hour-on site assistance. Daily house keeping is included in the rates. It is a beautiful spacious house located in Adenta, close to the University of Ghana and 20 mins to the airport. It is 35 minutes drive to Aburi Botanical Gardens There is a taxi rank which is 2mins walking distance from the villa. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The villa has 3 large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bedroom has an ensuite. The villa can also be rented as a one bedroom, 2 bedroom or an entire house. We provide you with everything from Egyptians towels to bed linen and everything to make your stay comfortable. All the bedrooms have luxury memory foam topped mattresses with cotton bedlinen. This amazing villa is ideal for families or individuals and people on business trips. The villa has a back up power generator, back up water supply so your water and power supply is guaranteed throughout your stay. The back up generator will have full tank prior to arrival. In the unlikely event there is over usage of power by guests, then guests will be required to top up. Please note we have a strict policy regarding number of guests staying in the villa. Only guests presented at time of booking will be permitted to stay at the villa. Any guests added after arrival will incur a £20 per person per night fee (maximum guests 6 inclusive).
