Sea view Bed & Breakfast on the North Wales Coast

My home is close to stunning natural beauty (sea, sand and mountains), unlimited activities (e.g. Zip Line, Conwy Castle) and local public transport options. You’ll love it here because of its cosy atmosphere, the gorgeous views across the bay, the high ceilings of the lovingly decorated rooms and the people - host as well as fellow guests. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families, dogs (provided their house-trained and well behaved) and business travellers. My Victorian house is situated in beautiful natural surroundings and offers sea view from all front aspect windows as well as mountain views up into the Snowdonia mountains behind Penmaenmawr. You'll find a well travelled host who can set you off with a good breakfast before you head out exploring. My B&B is family and dog friendly. You will have access to your own private room with a shared bathroom, the breakfast room where you can enjoy a breakfast of your choice, plan your day, sit and relax taking in the ever-changing views and even play a few board games, should you need to pass an hour or two. Since I'm running my little B&B on my own, I'll always be around and happy to help with suggestions of what to do, where to go, what to avoid, etc. As you can gather from my recommendations as a traveller, I'm a sociable person who is happy to chat, but I equally respect when people prefer to be left alone - we're all different and for me the main thing is that you enjoy your holiday the way you like it. Penmaenmawr is a small, quiet and very friendly little town where people say hello when passing. It has everything you might need - little Spar which has long opening hours on all 7 days of the week, several take-aways, a couple of cafes and an Italian restaurant that is open in the evenings. The nearest pub offering good local food is only a 20 minute walk (flat terrain) away and we also have a post office, if, like me, you're still old fashioned enough to send the odd post card from your holidays. The house is 5 minutes walk downhill from the train station which takes you either towards Anglesey to the West or towards Conwy/Llandudno/Wrecsham to the East. Trains run all day every day, but please check for specific journeys. There is also a regular bus service (nearest bus stop is again a 5 minute walk) which goes to Bangor, Conwy, Llandudno and the surrounding towns and villages. There is car parking available on the road outside, but no private car park as such. However, the friendly neighbours and the low crime rate in the area should ensure that you don't have to worry about your vehicle.
