Suite 6 (Cuarto Seis en La Casa Grande)

La Casa Grande is a spacious house with eight private suites secured within a gated compound located on the edge of town. Suite 6 (Cuarto Seis en La Casa Grande) is a beautifully appointed room with a Queen sized bed, plasma TV, carpeting, private bathroom and exclusive patio. Bedding includes either Down, Polyester, or Memory Foam pillows, Bamboo sheets, and a Down Comforter. GUESTS MAY ALSO RENT ALL 8 SUITES FOR EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE USAGE OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE (LA CASA GRANDE). THE EXTERIOR AREAS OF THE COMPOUND CAN BE USED TO HOST EVENTS SUCH AS WEDDINGS, REUNIONS, SERVICES, AND SO FORTH, WITH UP TO 300 GUESTS. CAN-AM OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR 1-4 HOUR DESERT EXCURSIONS. PLEASE MESSAGE FOR PRICE AND AVAILABILITY DETAILS. Includes full usage of shared Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room, Swimming Pool, Parking Lot and all other common areas and their respective appliances. Each Suite has an exterior and interior entrance. The exterior entrance is more private as it is accessed via an exclusive patio, whereas the interior entrance is more public as it accessed from communal hallways that connect to common areas. We respect the privacy and space of each and every guest, and therefore will not impose upon, interrupt or burden a guest during their stay. Beyond respectful salutations from/by the Host (if/when the Host is on-site), Guests dictate the measure of social interaction. La Casa Grande is in Helendale on the outskirts of Silver Lakes. Silver Lakes is a planned community (HOA) and has a 27-hole golf course, recreational lakes, club house, and various other amenities. La Casa Grande is surrounded by thousands of acres of BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land and is ideal for off-road adventures. Big Bear and Wright Wood Mountain Resorts are ~60 miles from La Casa Grande, providing skiing and snowboarding during the winter months and hiking, camping and fishing during the summer months. Public transportation (Bus Stop) is available next to the Silver Lakes Market which is about ~2 miles from La Casa Grande and services Barstow, Apple Valley, Victorville Hesperia, and beyond. FOOD/BEVERAGE PURCHASES: Silver Lakes Mini Market, Liquor Store, Dollar Store, Smoke Shop, and various eateries are a ~2 mile drive from La Casa Grande and typically close between 5-8PM. Victorville is ~15 mile drive from La Casa Grande and has more stores/eateries, some of which stay open until 11PM or midnight. FOOD/BEVERAGE STORAGE: When placing food and beverages in the Refrigerators, remember to label them with your Suite number lest they [accidentally/intentionally] get consumed by another guest, the host, or friends and family of the guests/host. FOOD/BEVERAGE PREPARATION: When using the Kitchen -namely the stove/oven or BBQ Grill- to prepare meals, please remember that other guests may also need to do the same, therefore please be considerate of time and communicate and coordinate with others if your meal preparation is for a large group of guests or requires hours of prep/cook time. The kitchen table seats 4 people, and the Dining Room table seats 8, but both may have additional chairs added to increase seating. All common areas have plenty of seats and tables that can also be used for individual dining purposes. INTERNET/WIFI: Throughput is minimal at La Casa Grande due to services not being available to the property. With less than 500Kbps up/down, only Messaging/Email/Chat and light bandwidth apps are permitted, whereas streaming movies, downloading files, or any other throughput intensive apps are strictly prohibited. Devices attempting to stream or transfer large content will be automatically blocked by the modem and denied connectivity.
