Large studio with great view lake

Large studio with breakfast for at least 2 nights stay in a quite area with an amazing view. Many things to do in the area, biking, swimming in the lake or swimming pool, hiking, enjoying the landscape and visiting cultural interests... Large room with great view on Lake Constance (Bodensee) and independent access. Our house is in a quiet area, overlooking Lake Constance (Untersee). The lower part of our house, where the guest room is situated, also has a great view on Lake Constance. The guest area has an independent entrance, a bathroom as well as a winter garden for breakfast. We have a guest parking spot. Smoking outside with lake view :-) There are plenty of good food option in the near area, please ask for recommendations :-) Pet's on demand. No late check in. Extra guest (3rd and 4th): mattress on the floor in a separate room. Bus stop (to and from Frauenfeld) is 150 meters away from the house. Train station 500 meters away from the house; direction Kreuzlingen – Constance or St.Gallen (1h25') and Stein-am-Rhein – Schaffhausen – Zurich – 1h20' - ) Beach & lake are 10' by foot ☺, Bakery, flower shop, pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants as well 10'. We speak English, French, and German (and a little Spanish). We'll give the infos about how to access our place when you'll contact us :-) We take time to welcome our guests and when they leave as much as we can. During our guests stay it depends on our guests and our timetable. We are in a quite and safe neighborhood. 10 min walk from the lake where we can swim in the summer time :-) Bus stop is 300 m away from our home and train station is 4 min walk :-) We are 16 min drive from Frauenfeld (signs all the way) And 20 min from Kreuzlingen/ Constance, along the way. Our airbnb guests room is part of our house but have an independent entrance which makes it quite private for our guests as well as for us. Although there are different areas (3 plus the bathroom and hall) we can't really call it a studio.
