Morrisons is also nearby. Closer still is The Meadow Centre, a local leisure centre with swimming pool and fitness suite. Dumbarton Golf Club, also within walking distance, is open to visitors. Dumbarton Castle, The Scottish Maritime Museum, and Levengrove Park are all well worth visiting during your stay. There is free off-street parking outside the apartment. Dumbarton Central Train Station is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. There are trains to Balloch (Loch Lomond) every 30 minutes; there are four trains per hour to Glasgow; and there are two trains per hour to Edinburgh. Glasgow International Airport is approximately 12 miles from Dumbarton Town Centre.
