Grandad Flat

Entire Guest House situated in the large garden of our family home. This self contained annex has a double bedroom and wet room/wc on lower floor. Kitchen space and large sitting/ lounge open plan area on first floor. This property has its own entrance. Access to parking will be through the main house electric gated area. Then access to the flat will be through its own pathway. As our home is right next door to the Grandad Flat, I am usually available quickly to deal with our guests. I am very quick to respond to Airbnb messages from guests too. It’s ideal to have a car, however this area is a fabulous place to walk/cycle as we are surrounded by open fields/hills, perfect to explore! The host has cats and dogs in her home.
