Cozy summerhouse close to familyfriendly beach

Family friendly summer house 54m2 + 9m2 in Bjerge Nordstrand 250 meters from the wonderful sandy beach and in a quite, cozy neighbourhood. The house is fairly new (2007), has everything for a family with small children, and a large undisturbed garden visited by deers almost every day and where you can hear the ocean but a sheltered from the wind. The house also includes a washer, gas barbeque, dishwasher, trampoline, garden furniture and quite a lot of garden/beach toys. Light and cozy house that helps you get in to the holiday mood as soon as you get here. The entire summerhouse as well as the guest room in the small annex. You are welcome to text/call with questions during your stay. In case of problems you are welcome to call me so I can send someone over. The immediate area is quiet and friendly - with the beach very close by. Shopping is located either in the nearby Ubby, or in Kalundborg approx 15 km north. Here you will find both a range of grocery stores, a quaint little pedestrian street with shops, cafes etc, the medieval town with the 5 towered church, the very uniq landscape on the peninsula of Røsnæs with the lighthouse and lots of hiking, golf, and water sports. To the south is the small peninsula of Reersø, a fishing village with a lot of vintage, roadside vegetables shops, etc. Reachable via car and otherwise there is a bus stopping at “Svallerup strand” approx 1,3 km from the house. Dishwasher seems to be a slow starter but work ever time. Children’s high chair and travel crib can be found in the guesthouse. The washer needs to be attached to the water supply under the sink, turn counterclockwise when attaching and make sure to fasten well. Turn on the water but not more than 3 turns and place the hose over the toiletseat during the washing cycle. Make sure to place the drain in the shower drain (best if you lift the “filter”out the hose down the drain)
