Beautiful Farmhouse Annex in perfect rural setting

Beautiful character farm house Annex, built circa 1820. Recently renovated to a very high standard. Stone floors and reclaimed elm floorboards. Well appointed modern kitchen. Jacuzzi bath for that added luxury. Includes wood burner with logs (FOC). Own private garden. Ample parking. Rural setting with beautiful countryside walks. Excellent country pub within walking distance. Location 5 minutes from junction 18. Great access to Bath, Bristol and Cotswolds. 1 hour 30 minutes to London. Steep stairs to bedroom and bathroom. Under floor heating in stone floors. Sattelite TV. Tea, coffee and bread and butter will be provided. Kitchen includes dishwasher (tablets provides FOC), fan oven and hob. Cooking equipment all provided. All bed linen and towels provided and can be changed during a longer stay (+5 days) on request. We have a resident dog and 2 cats. They have no direct access into the Annex. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs who will be friendly to our animals and we would expect that guests will pick up after their own. We have recently done some landscaping to create an outdoor patio equips with your own charcoal BBQ and table and chairs for 4 people. There is still a grassed area also for lounging on on sunny days! You will have you own external door for access not used by owners. We have recently created your very own driveway into the annex so you have your own parking space outside. We live in farm house so generally available. Country Pub in the village of Burton less than 1 mile walk and many others within 2 miles. The Salutation Inn at The Gibb has a lovely beer garden and you can walk in under an hour. We often have horses in the surrounding fields and we are surrounded by beautiful fields with the Fosse way at the other end of the village and a public footpath just next door! Very little public transport. Can reach us off both junction 17 and 18 of the M4 with ease. Major rain links in Bath, Chippenham and Bristol Parkway. Many beautiful walks easily accessible from the Annex including Cotswold Way and The Fosse Way. The beautiful cities of Bath and Bristol are 20 minutes drive and we are on the doorstep to the Cotswolds with Tetbury also 20 minutes away. Badminton is 3 miles away.
