Beautiful French manor house in the Charente region of France, lovingly restored to the highest standards This stunning French manor house in the Charente region has a large 6x12 metre swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen for your garden party and BBQ needs. There is also outdoor toilet and shower facilities by the pool as well as a treatment room, should you wish to book a massage or any beauty treatments. Sleeping up to 14 people in total, there is a choice of 3 amazing suites and 3 beautiful en suite double bedrooms in the main house, as well as an additional 2 person cosy garden log cabin. We have a beautiful light and airy kitchen as well as a spacious living and dining room area. Le Manoir is the perfect location for your special event or relaxing holiday surrounded by stunning French countryside. We also have a large tennis court and plenty of rackets so you don't have to bring your own. Please note, that we do not rent room by room, the prices shown are for the whole of the main house. The log cabin is an additional cost. There is a key safe to access the house which you will be given a cade for before arrival. Le Manoir offers seclusion - but not isolation - being only a 3 minute drive to the nearest town where you can collect your daily croissants and baguettes. Our closest Cognac house and winery is Maine Giraud and is located only a few minutes away by car. The city of Angouleme is 40 minutes away by car and makes for a wonderful day trip with its vibrant markets and beautiful old town. Our nearest airports are Limoges and Bordeaux Taxis and rental cars can be arranged from both of these Please note that to keep our beautiful pool looking pristine, our grounds keeper will come and clean it mid-week during your stay. They do not need access to the house and you do not need to be present.
