A large, luxurious and cozy house. Ardéchoise typical stone farmhouse. Beautifully situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and butterflies. Perfect place if you love hiking, walking and relaxing. Beautiful authentic farmhouse in modern furnished. A large sun room with fireplace and dining table Luxury kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and Large fridge. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both with toilet, shower and sink. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. We rent 4 houses on the same estate. Each house has its own entrance and terrace. Only the garden and the swimming pool are shared. The Fitness and the outdoor kitchen are closed because of Covid 19. The pool is not heated. The water is still cold until the end of June. Depending on the weather conditions. We don't have access to Wifi. There is a good 4G satellite connection in this area. Total pravacy. We live (my wife and I) 100 yards away in an other house. Rentals are contactless. Description and key are available in the house. The weekly market on Saturdays and Tuesdays are very nice. In the immediate area there are 700 km of hiking and biking trails. Fishing is also one of the available if required. Many castles and medieval villages. 10 minutes drive to a supermarket and 15 minutes drive to the village Lamastre. In Lamastre are restaurants and bars. It's in the middle of the countryside. Only possible reach by car. There are enough parking spaces. The estate has a large garden with beautiful flora and fauna. Step out of your house and you can go hiking in the beautiful surroundings. The pool isn’t large and is suitable for normal use. In the summer we have to conserve water because we depend on private sources. Long showering and washing is not possible. Even with the water in the pool to deal economical. Always in and out of the pool is not possible because then we lose too much water.
