Secure building with Car space and lift access. Guest will enjoy the comforts and privacy of our apartment as the space is modern and Security. Guest will have access to the ground floor and lobby area. Necessary arrangements for late check in will require id check and valid credit card prior to giving the code for after hours key retrieval. This is a non smoking property and there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the studio. If this happens the fire alarm will sound and the fire brigade will be called out. You will then be asked to pay for the callout fee of $800. Loss of key card for room access will incur a $200 replacement fee.
