Modern bathroom (Website hidden by Airbnb) Minutes away are great cafes, clubs, shops and the Kogarah Bay marina and reserves. Enjoy walking, dining Handy to public transport to Hurstville Westfield and the city and beaches. St George Private and Public Hospitals are just a few klms away. + a generous breakfast basket! The living room/kitchen has a TV with HDMI cable, free wifi, radio, comfy lounge, books and dining suite to make your stay feel like home. In the sunny bedroom there is a queen-size bed with fresh linen/towels, a work table and a large built-in wardrobe. An iron and ironing board is provided. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and induction hotplate. You can also cook on the BBQ with side burner. A breakfast basket is complimentary. You'll walk up 8 steps, with handrail, from street level to your unit, via the front garden and bbq patio...a nice spot to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. It's your private space for your stay except for our use of the front gate. The hosts, Paul and Yvonne, live in the main house and are happy to help make your stay enjoyable. A picturesque, quiet neighbourhood with the huge historic Carss Park Reserve and Carss Cottage minutes away. We love the bay and marina for walking, tennis courts, picnics and community events; so many cafes and nearby clubs, plus the easy access to the city and services. We are within 30mins by car to the city, to Cronulla and Brighton beaches and the Royal National Park. Public transport is nearby, with buses to the St George hospitals, Hurstville Westfield Mall and train stations providing fast trains to the city and south coast. There is free off-street parking in front of the property. Carss Park Reserve on Kogarah Bay and tennis courts (racquets available) are only a few minute's walk from our place. Village shops, cafes and clubs are close by. Trains from Hurstville Station will take you to the city and airport, or south to the magnificent Cronulla beaches in about twenty minutes. The St George Leagues Club, St George Motorboat Club and Botany Bay dining experiences are just a few klms away.
