Le Ronce Villa

Our One Bedroom Luxury Apartment is located at Anse Royale featuring a lovely view accessible from your balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with spacious bedroom, private bathroom, living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Le Ronce villa, is a quiet accommodation with wide spacious rooms, lovely summer breeze from the ocean all year round and not to forget the unreplaceable view of the Anse royale bay with the green of the trees to the blue of the ocean and with the white tailed Tropicbird or Pheathon playing in the wind is a must to see and feel the of purity of the island. In Le Ronce Villa you have access to every room in the apartment, there are 2 bed rooms, 2 toilet plus 1 shower, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a dining area and a balcony to enjoy the view and free parking space. I like to check up on my guest at the end of the day, to see how their day was and if the require anything then or for the next day adventure. I am also a phone call away if needed. Le Ronce Villa is located on a small hill in a small village called Sweet Escott. It is mostly peaceful with friendly neighborhood, unless there is an activity in Anse Royale, the music will call you down to come have some fun the Creole way. There are a few shops and markets only walking distance away. Le Ronce Villa is also close the Anse Royale beach at 7 to 15 minutes walk depending which part of the beach you wish to go to. At Sweet Escott we also have part of our history available to be discovered, the Jardin du roi (royal spice garden) also at a walking distance of around 15 minute on the hill. Le Ronce Villa is 2-4 minutes walk from the bus stop going to Victoria or Port Launay in the other direction the bus stop is 5-10 minutes walk for buses going to Victoria or Takamaka and Baie Lazare. Le Ronce also provides free parking space. We have a few fruit bats that live in the fruit trees next to the villa, they may make some noise at night when singing during mating season. Le Ronce villa is also in a neighborhood so you may hear a dog or two from a distance from time to time.
