Le Pavot consists of 50 m2 and is a cozy and spacious gîte for 2-3 persons. The lay-out of Le Pavot is very playful with a living area upstairs and bedroom downstairs. The price per day is based on weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday). Other periods (including midweek and weekend) on request. Domaine de Romefort welcomes you to the lovely region of the Limousin . Domaine de Romefort used to be a farm but is now converted into 7 luxury gîtes (holiday homes). 350 km south of Paris , in the department of the Haute Vienne (right above the Dordogne ), you'll find peaceful quietness, space and comfort. The surroundings are varied, with green acres, forests and hills. The view is simply magnificent. Domaine de Romefort is well suited for hikers, bikers, families that love nature and the outdoors and for example family reunions. 5 minutes from Domaine de Romefort you'll find the medieval pilgrim village St. Léonard de Noblat. The lay-out of Le Pavot is very playful with a living area upstairs and bedroom downstairs. Ground Floor On the ground floor the bedroom is located, which has a garden view. This bedroom has three 1-person boxspring beds. The ground floor also has a bathroom with washbasin and shower. First Floor On the First Floor the spacious living room and separate kitchen and toilet are located. The kitchen is very well equipped with 4 cooking rings, dishwasher, microwave, separate oven, refrigerator and freezer. The cozy livingroom has a tv, radio and cd/dvd player. From the sliding French window – which fills the living room with light – you enter the large garden with a fantastic view by descending some stairs. Outside there is a table with chairs and a parasol. You can reserve le Pavot with 2 persons or with 3 persons (there are 3 beds in the bedroom). When you are with 3 persons, € 15 will be added per day to the rental price. Its a super holiday! Large playing field with 100m2 pool. For rent:: Mountain bikes, Electric Bicycles, Canoes. - Pets allowed after consultation (we charge € 25 per animal per stay) - This house is not rented out to groups of young people because of the tranquility - Reservations for groups or groups of persons under the age of 18 are not allowed - Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited
