The Coach House is set in the private gated grounds of a Grade II listed house in the leafy suburbs of Grassendale. The detached residence is ideally placed to offer a chance to explore the vibrant city of Liverpool: Promenade - 2 min drive Penny lane/Strawberry Fields/ John Lennon’s home - 5 min drive John Lennon Airport- 10 min drive Liverpool One - 15 min drive Albert Dock - 15 min drive Cathedrals - 15 min drive Museums/ Philharmonic - 15 min drive Anfield/Goodison - 20 min drive Unique, Victorian Coach House with original beams in the open plan living space. The open lounge area has a stylish, click-clack sofa bed which provides adequate sleeping space for one adult or two young children. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is off road parking space for more than 1 car just outside the Coach House. Guests have access to the whole of the apartment which is completely detached from the main residence and is extremely private. Although a gated private residence, guests are free to come and go as they choose. Contactable by phone and physically nearby if required. Guests can enjoy complete privacy if they desire The Coach House is situated in the leafy suburbs of south Liverpool but yet a short car, taxi or bus ride away from the vibrant city centre. Liverpool airport is also a short drive away . The closest main train station, Liverpool South Parkway is a few minutes drive away. Rose Lane, Aigburth Road (short walk away) and Allerton Road all a short drive away boast a host of restaurants. Lark Lane, situated close to Sefton Park is another favourite with guests. All modes of transport are an option from the Coach House. Liverpool John Lennon airport is a short taxi ride away, as is Liverpool South Parkway railway station. West Allerton railway station is a 5 minute walk away. There are local shops within walking distance (Tesco -3 mins walk , Aldi & Asda 5 min drive). The promenade is a also a short walk away where you can enjoy a lovely stroll along the Mersey. There are a number of places along the promenade to stop off for a coffee and food. There are also a variety of attractions for children including two play areas, high ropes and an ice cream parlour. The Festival Gardens can also be accessed from the promenade and are well worth a visit.
