Quietsville, 5 mins walk beach, hotel, shops

Bright, recently repainted in light colours, clean, quiet, homely, relaxed, smart large TV, the room is inexpensive because I am an ex-"traveller" myself and wish to " give back". Please note , there is ONE double bed in this room, not 2 beds, lockbox for entry....I will do all I can to assist you in a great time. Good internet, please be double vaxxed, thank you I actually have 2 toilets, nice outside sitting veranda, shower is shared. Heater and fan provided. Electric blanket and room TV as well. Ty You can feel free to make yourself at home of course in yr bedroom, lounge, bathroom(shared), laundry and outside deck, smokers ok OUTSIDE, children are to be over 6, I have a lockbox for easy entry....thanks I'm helpful, like people to enjoy staying . I will do my best to make your stay comfortable and offer good value. I've learned through Airbnb travel overeas my self what seems best, plus have hosted over 200 trips now. a quiet clean beach, close hotel, small block of shops including IGA, coffee, fish n chips, pizza, a bus stop all within 5 mins casual walk, train is 14 mins walk although I could pick you up if required from (URL HIDDEN) it is 50 mins on train to CBD. Its an 8 min ride to Frankston-10 mins on train, the local bigger hub with movies and large shopping complex, 4 mins long walking track along Kannanook Creek, its close to wetlands....approx 1 hr 20 minutes to airport, you can use Skybus to get here (about$32) their local depot stop is 8 minutes away, Airport shuttle to Airport is $19 after train ride from here costing about $8.00, about 35min drive to hotpools.... provided is 2 bikes, 5 mins walk to bus, 14min walk to train station, if I'm around I can give you a lift to the station, house is 4 min drive to Aldi, Coles and Woolies Awareness is good !
