Perfectly situated on the side of a hill next to Gaurio the port of the island with an ideal distance from Batsi and from the beaches Zorgos, Xrisi Ammos and Bitali. The villa has been built in 3 levels that are divided into 2 parts. The first is the master house which is consisted of the first 2 levels and the guest house that is the third level. Being far enough from any other residence it allows you to enjoy your privacy.Nearby man can spot the tower of Agios Petros and can reach it by foot. Also one of the countless hiking paths of the island starts right outside of the house. The house is consisted of 3 floors. On the upper floor there is a fully equiped kitchen, the dinning room, 1,5 bathroom and one of the double bed bedroom. The staircase leads to the living room and the main balcony where someone enjoy the stunning view beneth the shadow of the bougainvillea. On the ground floor are situated the two other bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. Outside someone can find the colorful gardens with a variety of trees, the Barbeque area and the garage. Also you can take a walk to the olive trees and the vineyard or shoot some points to the basketball table.
