Beach house on an Island

AIRBNBTHEISLANDPH is a humble beach abode on a “REMOTE ISLAND”. Yes we are located on an Island expect to ride a Bangka going to the island. The boat trip from dock would take 15mins to the island. ROUND TRIP BOAT TRANSFER INCLUDED in your booking for 6pax. We offer a simple Island life nothing fancy. Here you can enjoy the luxury of your privacy. It's an “OLD and RUSTIC” conch beach house vibe that the family owns for some time now. The beach house is located on an off-grid Island in Pagbilao, Quezon and we are the only property on the whole Island. Once you rent the beach house the whole place is booked for you, there will be NO OTHER GUEST except you & whoever you want to spend time with, the host, and the caretakers. In the beach house you’ll be living off the grid, ELECTRICITY is available from 5:30PM - 5:30AM Powered by generator. The WATER SUPPLY on the other hand is powered by generator as well. As this is an off-grid property we request our guest to always CONSERVE WATER. ADDITIONAL Php (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per head / per day for an extra person after 6 pax maximum of 15 pax. There is no store on the Island be sure to bring everything you need for cooking. There are basic cooking utensils available in the kitchen. 1. Set of pans 2. Set of Spatula 3. Can opener 4. Knives 5. Chopping board 6. Ice pick 7. Wine opener 8. Thong 9. Griller (Bring your own charcoal) Since the pandemic we encourage our guest to bring disposable cups, forks, spoons, & plates. We provide a big cooler (110 liters) with ice blocks for perishables. The host will be present to welcome you and let you enjoy your privacy for the whole stay. Calilayan Island is where our beach house is located it is not your typical sand type shore the shore of this island are pebbles. You will surely find peace on this island as our house is overlooking a majestic view of the mountain and if you walk going to the sandbar you can see the postcard view of Mt. Banahaw. Do you love fireflies? We are lucky to have kalachuchi trees that are full of fireflies at night. If you don’t happen to catch a view of this at night then it’s probably windy but you’ll be surprised to see the number of fireflies living in the tree it’s magical and somewhat romantic. We do not offer anything fancy in our island but the luxury of serenity and the island life. A family of caretakers lives on our island they are respectful and you can approach them anytime to assist you. Island hopping 3,500 (half day) should be booked in advance. Once you break or lose anything you'll have to pay a corresponding amount.
