Wi-Fi, double lock up garage and reasonable sized backyard for dogs. Willows Shopping Centre 7km drive (7 mins) and 1km walk from Woolworths across from the beautiful Apex Park. Two sets of keys will be available: 2x Crimsafe front screen door; 2x Wooden front and side door; 2x Screen sliding doors; 2x Glass sliding doors; 2x Windows 1x garage door key. Car is preferred, but there are bike lanes all throughout Townsville, and a bus-stop on Riverway Drive adjacent MacDonald's.
