The stylishly decorated, 90 m2 holiday apartment "Sunnseitn" is located on the ground floor of the traditional Albererhof in Übersee and boasts a stunning mountain view. The historical front-building dates back to 1767 and is one of the most beautiful houses in Übersee. The apartements in the back of the old house have been built in the 80ies and were beautifully renovated by the current owners in 2018. The modern, spacious apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom with a seperate toilet and can therefore accommodate easily 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite television as well as a highchair. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private, open terrace in the south as well as a barbecue to prepare delicious meals on. Start your morning with a cup of hot coffee outside in the garden and end the evening with a glass of full-bodied wine under the starry sky.
