Alex’s home in the centre of Afytos

A two-storey house with a private parking space in the centre of the traditional village of Athytos (2 min. walking distance from the village square). The house has a breathtaking view of the sea and the village. The peace and relaxation that it offers combine with easy access to the village (central square, folk museum, cafés, pizzeria, restaurants, supermarkets- 300 meters away).Distance nearby beaches is 5 min. by car and 15 by foot. There is private parking for extra safety. The cooker, the big fridge/freezer, the kitchenware and the china make cooking very easy. There is also a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine with capsules available. The washing machine, the iron and detergents are in a separate room. In the living room the Yamaha piano, the Sony TV, the Internet access (WiFi) and the backgammon can help you relax. There is also air conditioning for the hot days of the Greek summer. On the second floor you can find two attic-style bedrooms. In the first one there is a king-size bed with an anatomic mattress (Cocomat). In the second bedroom there are two single beds with anatomic mattresses (Media strom). Sitting at the balcony you can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the picturesque village of Afytos which is only 300m. away. We welcome our guests on their arrival and hand them the keys of the residence. During the stay we are always on hand through viber and messenger if needed. On departure day we are present to receive the keys and say goodbye to our guests. ( During covid pandemic, our guests receive the key from a keybox with password). The village where the property is situated is the most picturesque of Chalkidiki with cobbled streets to stroll, beautiful beach and a rock to walk and enjoy the view of the sea. Close to the property there are shops and galleries with excellent souvenirs, restaurants with local and international cuisine and live music and cocktail bars. And in a distance of three kilometres the guests can visit the cosmopolitan village of Kallithea or in a distance of two kilometres the fish village of Nea Fokea.
