Suite spread over 2 levels: living room and cooking area at the first floor, double bedroom & bathroom with shower at the second. All rooms are wood furnished with exposed beams. A sofa bed in the living room can be a second-best solution for a third person. The apartment and his wide balcony is facing south. Cosy & romantic, perfect for the stay of a couple. The sunny and quiet location makes it a good choice for a relaxing holiday away from the traffic. Cooking area equipped with 4 ring cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, pots, cutlery and dishes. LCD TV in the living room. The suite has bed linens, hair dryer, bathroom & kitchen towels. Free Wi-Fi via fiber optic (FTTC). At the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes, ski/ski boots, a washing machine and a dryer. THE PRICE IS ALL-INCLUSIVE (water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels and final cleaning are included). From December to April 3 hours heating a day are also included. Extra heating costs €1.50/hour. From May till November and in the period over New Year's Evening the heating is not included and costs €1.50/hour. Excellent heat insulation: guests use on average 3 hours heating a day. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. Pet fee €30/week per pet. Sorry credit cards not accepted. Maximum 3 adults/children. CHECK-IN : FROM 4 PM TO 9 PM. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10 AM. The (ski) bus, which runs every 60 minutes to town, stops 130 m from the house.
