Good rail services into London (Tottenham Hale/Liverpool Street) or up to Cambridge. Only 20 minutes drive from Stansted airport it is the perfect holiday home in the East of England. The cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard with a fully fitted bespoke kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Miele pyrolytic oven and Delonghi Coffee Machine. The Cottage has an open plan living space, a back entrance into a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and board with other cleaning essentials. It is fully double glazed with central heating throughout and wood burning stove in the sitting room. There are two TV's with Freeview, a separate desk area off the kitchen with shelving, desk and printer provided. A BBQ and outdoor seating area in the garden and parking for two cars. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer and build in wardrobes. Bedlinen and towels are provided with duvets and pillows provided by 'The Fine Bedding Company'. A cot bed, high chair, baby monitors and a changing mat with be available for those that need it. A cleaner will be provided once a week for long term stays to maintain the bathroom and kitchen facilities. The hosts, David and Sally live close to the cottage and are available for help and services about the house or local area. We are just off the Bishop's Stortford bypass yet a quiet property down a farm lane. It is a great location we have easy access to the town of Bishop's Stortford and all the top supermarkets. You can get a fast train Central London or up to Cambridge. The cottage is on the edge of 'The Hertfordshire Way'. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station in Bishops Stortford (traffic dependant!).
