Walking distance to the Ryde City which has movie theaters, restaurants, cafes, trendy shops, and a number of bus stops. Situated close to Maquarie Uni / business center as well as the Cordon Bleu college. A modest house that is safe, quiet and homely. It has the tendency to have a bachelor pad feel which is fantastic for guys but not so popular with the ladies. Some guests love the free and easy lifestyle but some may feel it tends to be untidy. Most guests stay well beyond their booked period. It is a modest house so do not expect 5 star luxury. However, most guests extended their stays because they are happy and comfortable staying in this home. They feel it's their home away from home. Hardly any rules except be considerate to others. Unfortunately I had a couple of guests in the past who want Hilton quality at this low price. And it's these self-important folks who leave a big mess then complain about it. If you understand what I'm saying, you will love it here. Most areas are accessible. By public transport, the Ryde is about 50 minutes (or less - depending on traffic) to the Sydney Central Business District. The house is in a quiet residential area, there are a lot of car parking space.
