Our park models are like small apartments. They come fully furnished with linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc. All you need to enjoy your stay are your own clothes and some sunglasses. Our resort has a pool, shuffleboard, bocce, and pool tables. The manager lives onsite and is available 24/7. Downtown Dade City is only a few miles from the resort. It is a quaint town with shops and dining. Every year it hosts a kumquat festival on the last Saturday in January. Plant City's strawberry festival is also a close drive. Tampa is only a 45 minute drive and there is always something happening there. Weeki Wachee is an hour away (and has mermaids).
