A 100-metre walk to the Karapiro Domain and parking next to the apartment for a boat. Central for day trips to Waitomo caves, Maungatautari native reserve, Rotorua, Mystery Creek and the Hobbits. Warm and sunny with a north-facing spacious outdoor entertaining area. The apartment is attached to a larger house which is occupied by a small family. The site has plenty of parking for cars and boats with access to a large backyard. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs with the master bedroom overlooking the lake. There is an additional toilet downstairs. The host may be contacted throughout the day.
