The apartment has been refurbished to a high specification by its owner to make a great double studio apartment for couples or friends wanting a break close to Weston-super-Mare. Also recommended for those travelling for work in and around Weston-super-Mare giving you the option to eat in or at one of the many restaurants/pubs close by The owners ran the Harmony Poynt building until the Summer 2018 as a guest house and have spent two years refurbishing the building and designing larger well equipped self catering apartments. Previous info and reviews can be found on trip advisor The apartment is on the third floor (there is no lift) with its own Oak front door and beautiful views of the seafront and sea. You can sit and enjoy your favourite drink in the comfy chairs and watch the world go by. The new kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer and microwave. All cutlery, china etc is supplied for you to enjoy The main area has a double bed with handmade oak headboard and high quality bedding. The lighting has been designed to enhance the room. The sofa can covert into a small bed suitable for children under 12 years not an adult - additional charge on request There is an open wardrobe and chest of drawers with a built in dressing table/desk. A 32 inch flat scree TV is situated on the wall The two windows allow you to enjoy the view - it’s worth the stairs so you get the best views A luxury wet room has just been installed with a walk in wet room shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. The apartment has well thought out mood lighting to enhance your stay The apartment is accessed by stairs there is no lift or disabled access. It is ideal for families and friends looking for self catering facilities close to the seafront / town The apartment is accessed via a communal hallway Access to keys is via a key safe details issued on morning of arrival The apartment is accessed by key safe. I will be on-site daily and am always be available at the end of a phone for any help and advice and am only a 5 minute drive away Due to Covid-19 any issues/repairs we would prefer to deal with by FaceTime initially to ensure everyone’s safety The Harmony holiday apartments are situated just off the seafront in the centre of Weston-super-Mare. The area is close to the centre of this vibrant holiday resort with the beach, pier, and promenade a 2 minute walk There is an abundance of good bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We are in a quiet road but the nightlife is near by. Most bars and restaurants are now re-opening after the lock down Close by are the Winter Gardens, Playhouse theatre, college and many wedding venues. There are easy links to Cheddar, Burnham on Sea, Wells and the West Country. Easy train travel to Bath & Bristol Easy access from junction 21 or 22 of the M5 Bristol airport is less than 45 minutes away We are a 5 minute taxi journey from Weston train station Bus stops are close by, if you depart at the Pier we are a 5 minute walk This is a converted Victorian Building. There are stairs to the property There are a further six apartments available if a family/friends are travelling together etc - but we do not allow large single sex parties, stag/hen etc. This is a family run business with families staying in the building and you will be required to leave if you ignore this rule
