Large double bedroom with private bathroom in quiet house. Cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. The house is located in the popular South Bristol area, within walking distance of North Street where you will find many shops and a huge variety of places to eat and drink. Free on street parking. Bristol Airport and Templemeads Station are easily accessible. *Before you book please confirm your check-in time. Due to the nature of my work I cannot always guarantee a 6pm check-in. Large, light and airy double bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities. Wardrobe space in the room. Large private bathroom for Airbnb guests only with bath and separate shower. Lounge, kitchen and garden are not accessible to Airbnb guests. Fully redecorated in the last year. There is no access to the kitchen, but there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. There is one flight of stairs to climb. As with most Victorian houses, the stairs are very steep. This may make the property unsuitable for those with limited mobility. The spacious bathroom is for the use of Airbnb guests only. I enjoy meeting new people and chatting with my guests, but equally happy if you just want to say hi and bye! Quiet residential street, 10 minutes walk from the popular North Street, with many bars, restaurants and shops. Wapping Wharf is a 25 minute walk away and has a vast selection of restaurants, cafes as well as independent shops. On street free parking. The Airport Flyer bus stops on West Street, which is a 2 minute walk, and takes 10 minutes to get to Bristol Airport. The town centre is a 30 minute walk, and Cabot Circus about 40 minutes. The 75 and 76 bus service run 24 hours and take about 10 minutes to get to the centre. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away on West Street. Parson Street station is a 5 minute walk away, and Templemeads about 30 minute walk, or a short drive. Ubers are readily available. There is also an Elmdale Road in Clifton, Bristol. Please make sure you use the postcode provided. There are 2 cats (Mabel and Monkey). They tend to keep themselves to themselves, but best to keep the bedroom door closed if you don't want them in your room! Please do not let them out the front door! Host is fully vaccinated.
