Basement, Private Bathroom, private entrance

Cozy and decorated finished basement with private bathroom, living room area, bedroom area, with its own entrance. Digital lock, Basement only used for no more then 2 guests.. No visitors are allowed!!! There is a side of the ceiling that is 5’8”high, please watch your head, the rest of the ceiling basement is 6’ + higher. Queen bed, 65” Smart TV with WiFi, HDMI cable, cable box with a lot of channels,, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator etc all for you comfort and your private use. Central A/C and heater. place is only for 2, no visitors are allowed.. Please let me know if you need the the A/C or heater higher or lower because the control system is upstairs. Guess has their own private entrance by the right side of the house. Digital lock, You will use a pin code to enter,You can use everything that is in the basement. Everything is there for you to use. You can park in front of the house on street, park after the electrical pole in front of the house. The neighborhood is quite and clean. Our house is clean and peaceful and we want you to feel like home. You will have your own privacy, your own full bathroom and your own enter and exit door. Please park your vehicle in front of my property after the electrical pole, please do not park in our neighbor front house. The house is about 10 mins driving to the Rahway train station, Rahway police station, post office, restaurants, store etc. 5 mins distance from CVS and Walgreens store, liquor store, gas station, cleaner etc. 8 mins driving to LA Fitness GYM, Home Depot And near bus stop ( public transportation) 15 mins to Woodbridge Mall. One hour driving distance to New York City. And 25 mins driving distance to Newark International Airport Non-smoking No partying or extra guest, no more then 2 people and no other guests No loud sound or loud music
