The room has a double bed and all bed necessities will be provided, large built in wardrobes, bin, fan, ducted heating, study desk, chair and lamp. There is unlimited NBN internet with all other utilities covered by host. You will be living together with our family although the guests bedroom and bathroom are to one side of the house and only shared between guests staying. Always willing to have a good chat but also understanding the need for personal space at times. The house is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood street which sits off a main road. There is an abundance of internal and external space with the location selling itself being a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and all amenities, high profile schools & universities are all within close proximity. Envious location with Forest Hill Shopping Centre and all amenities just around the corner and a 5 minute walk. The closest bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from home. Bus ride to the nearest train station (Blackburn) is 6 stops or 10 minutes. Blackburn station into the city takes 30 minutes or 9 stops. Guests will be shown how to use the washing machine and is their responsibility. Clothe hangers will be provided and ideally leave them outside in good weather or in guests bedroom. Please be considerate with noise and do not use the washing machine after 9:00pm.
