Villa Martinica Villa Martinica is a wonderful traditional Algarve villa set in a quiet countryside location, between Guia and Galé. Perfect for families looking to stay away from the crowds, this 3-bedroom property with a private swimming pool and marvellous countryside views is the perfect choice. Villa Martinica has 3 bedrooms (2 with two single beds and 1 with a double bed), all with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also has direct access to the front terrace with outdoor dining area and traditional Algarve barbeque where you can prepare meals on the grill and enjoy them outdoors. The living / dining room includes comfortable seating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and leads out to the pool area at the back of the villa. The pool area and rural views are the highlight of this villa, with plenty of sun loungers from which to soak up the sun, surrounding grassy areas where the children can play and a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the scenery. Villa Martinica is right next door to its sister villa Sardenha. Both can be booked by groups that wish to stay in close proximity. (Subject to availability). The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and cake shops, is just a 5 min drive away and the Algarve Shopping centre, one of the largest in the region is just an 8-minute drive away. A quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as the Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a 5-minute drive. Other beautiful beaches like Salgados, São Lourenco or Sao Rafael, just to name a few, are located within a short drive. Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive. For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
