Its the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation, or a stop over to break up the drive to the west country . Shaftesbury high street has to offer a range of cafes, restaurants and boutique clothes and house ware shops .Thursday morning there is a country market were you'll find home-grown seasonal produce, baked goods a butchers and fishmongers. Wake to the sound of birds and the views of the rolling hills. laze in bed after a good nights rest on our Hybrid memory foam mattress and egyptian cotton sheets. We wanted our annex conversion to have all the qualities of a hotel. We provide towels , slippers , toiletries ,Tea,Coffee, sugar along with a welcome basket of goodies. Come rain or shine our annex conversion has everything you need to unwind. Enjoy long evenings on the decking with a BBQ or toasting Marshmallows on the fire pit. There is a games chest, wall mounted Tv and a log burner for those chiller days. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, a 4 ring gas hob , electric oven , toaster and kettle . There is an under counter fridge/ freezer . There is a key safe at the down stairs door, the code will be emailed to you after booking . We welcome dogs, but we want to make you aware before booking that we have a jack russell, she gets on well with all dogs ( she might try to come into your garden to say hi , however we will stop her as much as we can ) and unfortunately she will bark a bit when she hears the gate and you arrive then she we settle . The second bed is a pull out sofa bed down stairs in the kitchen area, please see photos of the sleeping arrangements. We don’t make this bed up as it is in the kitchen and will get in the way of cooking. But please do let us know when booking if you would like it made up ready before your arrival . There are 2 sets of stairs , the internal stairs are a small spiral stairs not good for anyone with walking difficulties but the outside stairs are a good back up . Note to all parents please be advised the internal stairs are open , they are not yet child safe ! You can see our main house and garden when you arrive . There is not a front gate to your garden but it is secluded and you won’t see anyone when you are using your private garden.
