Small but nice apartment

I offer you a cozy & homey apartment (50 m² - mansard) with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, small full equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower) and 1 small balcony (north - visit of the faboulous montain of Merano). The house is located in the middle of Nalles, a nice village not far away from the cities Bolzano and Merano. I accept arrivals Saturday and Sunday. For arrivals from Monday to Friday please contact me. The apartments offers dinnerware, cookware, TV, coffee machine, linen, towels, hair dryer, W-Lan. Staying longer than 10 nights we change your linen and towels weekly and also we clean the apartment. I offer also a parking place. In the entry you find a library with books, journals and games you can rent free. You also find a lawn for sunbathing for relaxing after a sporty day. I work part time. You will find me at home before and after work. Otherwise you can contact me every time py phone. The house stands in the middle of the village Nalles. Next door you find a grocery, bakery, dugstore, coffee shop, restaurant, pizza to go or public childrens playground. You can arrive to the cities of Bolzano and Merano by train or bus. Train: take the shuttle bus to the train station "Vilpian/Vilpian", wehre trains to Bolzano/Brennero or Merano/Val Venosta starts every 30/60 minutes. Please note, that the house has no elevator.
