A fully self-contained, ground floor annexe with dedicated parking in front of your accommodation & suitable for anyone with restricted mobility. All bed linen, towels & toiletries are provided. Comprises of a Kitchen, Hall, large Lounge, large Bedroom, Bathroom & a Laundry room/ Cloak room. The kitchen is well equipped with a Halogen Double Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Fridge & all kitchen utensils .There is WIFI throughout the annexe. “Exe Breeze” is a few minutes walk from Starcross Train Station, approx 20 mins walk from Powderham Castle, 2 miles from Dawlish Warren, 4 miles from Dawlish & 8 miles from Teignmouth & the Cathedral City of Exeter. Situated opposite the beautiful Exe estuary there are plenty of walks and cycle paths for you to enjoy locally. We reside in the adjoining house & are very happy to meet with you and help with any queries you may have to help enhance your stay with us. Starcross Train Station is a few minutes walk, there is also a regular Stagecoach bus service going in both directions to destinations such as Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot & Exeter. There is a ferry service from Starcross to Exmouth that operates between Easter & end of October.
