(Website hidden by Airbnb) Visiting Utjeha we can offer you right place to stay, only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches from the accommodation. Our Apartment is consist of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It is located 10km from town Bar, and 8km from Ulcinj. Near the house there is a shop and a bakery. WELCOME! Clean sheets and towels are replaced every 7 days. Apartment is situated in private house, 50m from the beach, in very quiet part of Utjeha Bar, and 20m far from the Bus station. There is a private parking place located next to the house. Also we have private courtyard around the house, which you can use it. Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 12:00 (noon), and check out will be at 10am (10:00h). It's no problem to stay longer (if we do not have guests on that day) but if are coming (the other) guests, you can pack your stuff (and leave them with us while you are on the beach or a walk) and pick them up later. I will help however I can, you can call me or send SMS on my mobile phone and I will respond as fast as I can. Tourist Tax: Upon the arrival, the guests should register at the tourist office and pay daily tax or they should produce passports to the host to do it for them. Daily tax is 1.00 euro, for children 12 to 18 years old is 0.50 euro and children under 12 years do not pay tourist tax. Free parking. The area close to the house is very quiet and green and suitable for leisure of middle-aged people or families with children over 2 years. There are three small cafes walking distance (about 50-100 meters) from the house where you can have a meal and a little shop with the most necessary goods. Large supermarkets and restaurants you can find in Bar (10km) town and Ulcinj (8km) town. If you are not going to rent a car, you can go there by bus or arrange a trip with the manager of house by car for 10 euros. There is a very convenient way from the house to the Old Ulcinj town, the Old Bar town and Skadar Lake. We offer a transfer from the airport to our house and in the opposite direction.
