Beautiful country house, it will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends. In a quiet area in the heart of Normandy, the house can accommodate 6 travellers, and consists of three fully renovated bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. You will also benefit from the terrace of the house and the private garden of 300 m². On the menu: a walk in the countryside and meeting the farm animals! Sheets and towels are not provided. Housing With a surface area of 89 m², the house is as follows: - Living room with dining area, sofa, TV, stove - Separate and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. - A first bedroom fitted out with a double bed and an umbrella bed, TV - A second bedroom fitted out with bunk beds and a single bed. - A third bedroom fitted out with bunk beds - Bathroom with bathtub - Two separate WCs - Large enclosed and private garden of 300 m². The garden is fitted out with garden furniture and is located in front of the house (road to be crossed). Nearby The house is situated near a green voice where you can go for walks and cycling in complete tranquillity. The beach is 12 kilometres away and a lake with a promenade, playground and picnic area is nearby. 5 kilometres away you will find the town of Periers with many local shops (delicatessen, caterers, bakeries, greengrocers...) and a supermarket.
