Regardless of whether you are booking the whole villa or just one of the self-contained upstairs or downstairs areas you will have exclusive access to the whole villa without other guests being booked for the time you are there. The manager, Nyoman, and his wife live off-site, but come to the villa to cook breakfast and clean each day at a convenient time for guests. Nyo is readily available when needed at other times. Your privacy is assured but assistance is available if required. The villa is situated on a hill overlooking rice, corn and peanut fields, banana and coconut plantations, the sea and sacred Mt Agung and the beautiful small village of Nyuhtebel. There is scooter and vehicle parking nearby and local transport is readily available. Nyoman can arrange a local driver to take you on day-trips to the many local attractions or transfers to and from the airport or other locations in Bali. Please note that the pool is deep and the property has an elevated deck area so is not suited to families with toddlers or non-swimming children unless constantly supervised. Kupu Kupu Villa was built to assist the economic development of local villagers and their communities. All proceeds from bookings go back into these communities through employment of staff and trades-people and the purchasing of local produce and materials.
