Enjoy the quant town of San Pietro. Air Conditioned house. Freshly painted Newly furnished and decorated Sleeps 5 people . 1 queen bed. 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) 1 single bed Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, table clothes etc. Kitchen to cook your favorite meals or BBQ outdoors Enjoy your outdoor BBQ. Beautiful private outdoor eating area with table and umbrella. One minute walking distance the beach. Private parking. Gated street only for residence. As you drive up to your villa you will see a gated area. Only guests are allowed in this area . Very private. Then you will walk onto the garden area where you will see the outdoor BBQ your table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Also a clothes line to dry your clothes by the summers breeze this includes a washing machine and an outdoor shower if you prefer. As you walk into the house there is an open concept with eating area , kitchen and sitting area with tv. A full bathroom. And your 2 bedrooms 1 room with a queen sized bed the other room with a bunkbed that sleeps 2 and a single bed with all you need. There will be 2 bikes available for riding around town . And if you need to go further out to other neighboring towns my host will be happy to direct you or help you out himself. Quaint beach town , with many restaurants , cafes , grocery stores, pharmacy and more....... take an evening stroll. The house is located on a private road with a gate. All houses are gated with their own parking area for guests only. You can hear the sound of the beach from your open window. within walking distance. There are 2 parking spots available to my guests. One inside the gated area and one right outside the villa. Enjoy getting around on 2 bikes. Or take a stroll on foot. If you need a taxi as any local they will be happy to help you.
