Private Room to let in six bed house (let one room only). Separate living space, bathroom and kitchenette. Ladies only. Very friendly live in landlady with adult twins Guests can access the kitchen and utility anytime. There is also a spare bedroom room which guests can use as a lounge area if reqd As a live in host I will be available for any questions or help pretty much anytime. Lovely quiet surroundings but local to all amenities. 10 mins to Warrington or Widnes town centre. 15 miles to Manchester or Liverpool. 10 mins walk to train station. 5 mins walk to bus stop. Plenty of parking on drive. Breakfast is not included, there are facilities outside the room which will be yours to use ie kettle, toaster microwave, utensils etc
