Rural Retreat - Near St Ives - Sleeps 2.

A beautiful 1 bedroom barn conversion on a working farm, located midway between St Ives and Penzance. Parking is outside the barn. Wifi is included. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The area is ideal for walking or cycling year round and great for superb beaches. All the various amenities are only a short drive away. Please note that our prices have not gone up. We simply want guests to have a reasonably priced holiday while we achieve an acceptable living. Bowgie Barn is light and airy accommodation with a modern, well equipped kitchen and open lounge that has a smart TV, comfy recliner sofa and recliner chair. The bedroom benefits from a King sized bed and ample fitted wardrobe space. A spacious bathroom has a shower over bath, a heated towel rail and towels are supplied. The barn is kept cosy with underfloor heating powered by an environmentally friendly air source heat pump. There is a private outside space with comfortable patio furniture where you can relax and take in the sounds of the countryside. The barn is self contained so access is to the whole barn, plus the outside space. The owners live close by and are on call for a friendly chat or any help or advice. The historic St Michaels Mount is either a short drive away or reachable by one of a number of local public footpaths. Local restaurants suiting a wide array of tastes adorn the area. Local taxis available Ideal for cycling and walking. We have just ordered an EV (electric vehicle) charger which should be installed in April.
