Comfortable Home#3 (Bonnaroo Only)

Located close to Bonnaroo. One can walk as it is within a half mile, you can hear the music from my backyard. Locally located to Walmart, Home Depot, Food Lion, Save A Lot and other fine stores. This room is only available during Bonnaroo. This room is located in my direct home. Located within a half mile so very Close to Bonnaroo and all the excitement of the event Guest will have access to their rooms, the kitchen downstairs with all the essential, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, stove and refrig, microwave, toaster, etc a shared living room, a shared bathroom, patio, pool, backyard, fire pit and air conditioned home. Come and go as you please during this event. Bathroom upstairs has a bidet Room 3 only available during Bonnaroo. I live on the premises and guest has easy accessibility to me. I try to set one night aside for a barbeque for all to enjoy and meet each other. This is an upscale neighborhood. Please respect their privacy and keep the noise level down. Please do not throw litter onto others property. Please use trashcan located in front of garage. Please do not throw out cigarette butts onto property or into street. Please use ashtrays provided. No smoking allowed in house. Please keep your drinking down as Drinking off property can lead to an arrest Please put all trash in trash can. Although there isn't public transportation For a fee I can arrange to bring you to Bonnaroo at least closer to the entrance gate. I also understand you may call Uber. Local stores are also within a mile of house. When entering close to property, you must give address to security in order to get onto property. Please wash and put dishes and pots and pans back when done using. TV in each of the bedrooms, (please do not walk off with remote.) Full bathroom access with shower/Bathtub This is a shared bathroom Towels located in your bedroom closet please use them and if you need more please contact me. Please be considerate of others. Please eat either in Kitchen or at dining table. No food in bedrooms especially take out as it leaves a a lingering odor that others feel offensive. Please show respect for future guest.
