The place is close to the city, which only takes (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes. It’s close to some great wineries and nice restaurants in Swan Valley. Can access the full space of the granny flat. And can park in the drive way. A quiet suburb that is close to Swan Valley where all the wineries and nice restaurants are located. Not that far from different beaches and in the city. You can park your car in the drive way on the right side as my mum park her car on the left side of the drive way. Overall, there is only one main gate but going to the granny flat you have your own little private gate and have the key left somewhere.
