Cornish escape ☀️

A lovely property set in beautiful countryside, 3 miles from the stunning Helford River. A fantastic bolt hole for families to come and explore our beautiful county. The holiday home is link detached to our main home, however it has complete separate access. You enter into the main living area, comprising of a dining area and 2 large 4 seater sofas. There is a television with Netflix and Hdmi ports. There is a newly fitted galley kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, filterless coffee machine & cafetiere. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom comprising of bath & shower with a WC. Upstairs there are 3 small bedrooms, 2 have double beds both with Smart TV’s, the third bedroom has a bespoke cabin style bed suitable for a child up to the age of 12. Every window upstairs has a black out blind if you wish to have a lazy start. Outside there is plenty of parking and 2 fields with goals and a trampoline which guests are more than welcome to use. There is also an outside bar area, here you will find the firepit (with an unlimited supply of wood) a gas BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture including picnic benches and a Bluetooth speaker to connect to. With good weather there are fantastic sunsets visible from the top of the field (camping chairs are supplied) and once the sun has set listen out for the many owls that live nearby whilst star gazing. There is an outhouse near the property which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use.Also in here are labelled freezer drawers for your use . We are always happy to socialise with guests, equally we’re happy to let them have their own space. We will always be contactable throughout their stay either by phone, in person or via e mail We live in a beautiful part of Cornwall, a remote spot with no light pollution, only 6 miles from the heart of Falmouth with a range of superb cafes and restaurants. It has a fantastic seafront with plenty of beaches & fun for all. There is a bus route which takes you to either Falmouth, Gweek or Penzance. Truro is approximately 20 minutes by car . Our family garage is 50 yards from the holiday let, my brother runs it & it is car sales only. It will not cause any disruption to a stay. There are some lovely pubs nearby, one being the Trengilly Wartha which is a lovely traditional country pub with excellent ratings. There is so much to do and end enjoy here, it’s too much to list!
