Outdoor Dining, BBQ, Enclosed Front yard with verandah, outdoor furniture and plenty of grass, playground 50 metres away. Backyard, BBQ area etc is all available. Plenty of parking out the front for boats and additional cars, as well as a two car garage. The hose should also reach the front nature strip for washing your boat. Fencing for dogs both around the back and front yard. The house has a locked key box for which the code will be given to you just prior to your booking. As you enter the yard - just to the left of the front door there is a column with the key box on it. We are only a phone call away if you need anything. The beach is 100 metres away from the house and there is currently a short-cut through some vacant land as your cross the road over into the newer housing area. It is also a dog beach and also some surf for boogie boarding. Look up 4th Groyne MAndurah Train station is approximately 10 minutes drive from the house. Re: Cleanliness - we had an interim cleaner and suffered a couple of poor ratings early 2018. Please note we have addressed this matter and have a fabulous new cleaner who cares about your stay. Unfortunately we don't provide linen. All beds have quality mattresses, mattress protectors, pillow tops (so comfy), a doona, and pillows. We ask that you PLEASE BRING top and bottom sheets and pillow cases and use sheets for hygienic reasons - as well as your own beach and bath towels. There are plenty of spares in the linen cupboard, if used, please wash and dry before departure. Washing machine and dryer available. The bed arrangements are: Bed #1 KB with en-suite (KB sheets can be supplied if you don't have them to bring). Bed #2 Queen Bed. Bed #3 Double bed bunk (with a single up top). Bed #4 ( 2 lots of single bunks)
