4 bedroom Barn Conversion in Beamish County Durham

Ralph Lodge is a disabled accessible 4 bedroom (sleeps up to 9 people) barn conversion walking distance from Beamish Museum. It is a beautifully furnished barn set in the open countryside. We are in between Durham & Newcastle, both only 20 minutes away. We are close to the A1M, perfectly located for a North East Visit. The town of Stanley is 2 miles away (this has post office, supermarkets, macdonalds, coffee shops etc) Wifi, bed linen, towels, hairdryer heating/water and welcome pack included. A huge open plan kitchen diner with a log burner and french doors onto a patio with seating. We have a separate utility room with washer and dryer. There is a separate seating area and little garden. All disabled access. The four bedrooms have all been decorated to a very high level. The master has a separate en suite shower room. the main bathroom has a seperate bath and shower. TThe large kitchen is perfectly equipped for entertaining. We have 4 wedding venues within a mile of our barn so we are used to having bridal parties stay with us. There is parking for 2 cars, any more need to be left on the side street. Guests can access all of the lodge but they cannot use the adjacent field. We live in the barn next door. We have a mobile number you can use with any queries but as we have small children its not always possible to attend in person to any queries. We have a key lock system which means you can arrive as late as you want and leave as early as you want. Beamish is steeped in history as an old mining village. We have the world famous Beamish Museum within walking distance. We have 5 pubs and restaurants within walking distance including a fabulous Italian and Indian restaurant. We sit in the middle of Newcastle and Durham so both big cities are accessible. The town of Stanley is a mile away by car where there are supermarkets, post office, butcher etc There is a very famous bike route which takes you all the way to the coast as well as many dog walks. There is a bus station at the end of the road which can take you to most destinations. We have a train station (chester le street) 4 miles away. There are 5 brilliant pubs all in Beamish as well as an Italian and an Indian restaurant (both do take aways) We supply a welcome pack, linen, towels, WIFI, heating, hot water and hairdryers
