The “happy”central apartment

A stylishly decorated contemporary apartment, centrally located at the heart of Volos. It’s the perfect place if you want to visit Volos either you are on a business trip or you just travel for leisure in the beautiful city of Volos or you want to explore the mountain of Pelion. The apartment can provide you with all of the facilities you are looking for when traveling such is a fully equipped kitchen, a fast and reliable WiFi and easily accessible parking places close to the building. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a big closet where you can have a nice and comfortable sleep. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary pans and pots in order to help you cook what ever you wish in the brand new oven and cooking stoves. There is also a big refrigerator to store all your ingredients. Right opposite the kitchen there is also a dinning room where you can enjoy your meal. In the living room there is big flat Smart TV screen and a comfortable couch that can be easily transformed into a double bed , while you can relax in the modern arm chairs. The guests can have access to every space of the apartment. We like to be discreet with our guests and let them enjoy all the spaces and facilities of the apartment, while we are always available to communicate through telephone, messages and any kind of communication. The apartment is located at a very central and quite neighborhood of Volos . The parking in the neighborhood is easy and safe , so you can usually park your car in a very close distance to the building. All the shops and cafes and every place of interest in Volos is really close and can be reached on foot. You can walk to the port in about 10 min and to the busy commercial district (Ermou street) in about 5 min, Koumoundourou street where all the best cafes and cocktail bars are located is also a min walk away from the apartment. There is a big Super Market Masoutis 20m away from the apartment where you can get all your supplies. You can reach the apartment easily by car. We usually recommend to our guests that you should leave your car parked and walk around the city since everything is really close. You can use your car though if you want to explore the beautiful mountain of Pelion where you can snow ski in the winter and swim in some amazing beaches in the summer.
