Vila 24 is just 5 min away, through its pedestrianised cobbled streets, from one of the best sandy beaches in Algarve and the vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops the resort has to offer. Vila 24 is a three floor townhouse. It is composed in its lower level of a well furnished and comfortable living room and a shady terrace ideal for dinning. A fully equipped modern kitchen is located on the first floor adjacent to its dining area. Also on this level you will access the master bedroom and its en suite bathroom. Another living area is located on this floor where a double sofa bed is available. The second spacious bedroom is located on the second floor. It has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Finally in the upper level, you will be able to enjoy the roof terrace where you can soak up the Algarve sun and admire the views. Although it does not have its own pool, most guests staying at Vila 24 just enjoy spending time at the beach. If you fancy a day at the pool you may use the resort huge communal pool for a daily or weekly fee. PARKING: Upon request one parking card can be made available free of charge for parking on the street. Without this card parking on the street and car park in front of the house is subject to specific fees (only during the peak summer season: June/July/August/September). Once the booking is made, we provide our guests with the Vila 24 Guest Book which includes all the information they might need in preparation of and during their stay. In Vale do Lobo, guests will be either welcomed by Maria Joao, the house caretaker, or the key will be made available from our key safe for a flexible check-in. During your stay Maria Joao (locally) and myself (from distance) are available to answer any questions you may have. We are reachable at all times by email and phone. We will assist you gladly with any special requests during your stay! Vila 24 townhouse is close to the beach (400 m), golf course, supermarket (1 km away), restaurants and dining, resort public swimming pool, mini-golf and the Vale do lobo tennis academy. You will love Vila 24 because for its location, the outdoors space, and the much renowned Vale do Lobo ambiance. Our house is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The Vale do Lobo resort is located just 20 minutes' drive from Faro International Airport, which is accessible from most major European cities in less than three hours. Lisbon, the Portuguese capital city, and Spanish city of Seville are around two and a half hours' drive away.
