Located only 18 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. Enjoy this comfortable home with high-end finishes and amazing views of the mountains and valley. Nestled at the base of the East bench Wasatch mountains with a short 15 minute drive to downtown life in Salt Lake City. This bottom level has private entrance to one or two bedroom living. Each room has a queen sized bed with high end luxury mattresses and linens. Private bathroom for one bedroom and shared bathroom if renting second bedroom. Equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Just outside you will see amazing views of the mountains and valley. Guests can park in driveway. No access to garage. Please be considerate of our neighbors as a lot of them do live in the community full time. Also, keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Please be clean and respect our home. No gatherings or parties. We love our home and hope you enjoy your stay with us. We would appreciate no shoes be worn in the house, please remove them as you enter. No Pets. Entry access through door around back of house. Use of bedroom, bathroom and living room. Available 8 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 12 mile drive to downtown Salt Lake City attractions and within 60 mins drive to all major ski resorts.
