Charming house in Sablet, a very pretty village in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, in the Vaucluse. It is in one of the most beautiful areas of Provence that this pleasant holiday home is located. Located in a quiet environment and a stone's throw from the center of the village, it benefits from a magnificent view of the vineyards, a beautiful shaded and panoramic terrace, wooded grounds and private parking on site. The Gite, completely restored in 2019, offers modern services and all the comfort you will need. The warm and comfortable interiors, nicely decorated, with exposed beams, breathe Provence. This holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a private bathroom with washbasins, walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The bedding is new and of quality, one of the bedrooms has a 160cm bed and the other bedroom has a 180cm bed (or 2 90cm beds). The kitchen and the bright living room, with very neat decoration, will open its picture window on an 18 m² terrace with access to the garden and its superb view. Wi-Fi is free. A pleasant and picturesque wine-growing village, Sablet stretches out at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, renowned for being a popular walking and climbing site. Its pretty streets are wrapped around its 12th century church. Surrounded by the slopes of the Côtes du Rhône, just like the surrounding villages that dot the Wine Route, Sablet is renowned for the quality of its wines. The Provencal markets are always very lively and picturesque. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will find all the Provencal specialties in season. That of Sablet is held on Friday morning, welcoming a dozen local producers. Many shops are in the village, which makes it very lively: grocery store, butcher, bakeries, hairdressers, florist, beautician, restaurants, cafe ... and also a pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses ... In the surroundings, the splendor of the preserved landscapes invites to walks (bicycle and hikes). Nearby, Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and Carpentras with their ancient treasures and wine villages with renowned vintages like Gigondas, Rasteau, Beaumes-de-Venise or Vacqueyras open the doors to their pleasant town centers.
